Steps to get started...
- 1Check your email for your login credentials. The email subject line is "Your login information". Can't find it? Please check your Spam folder, All Mail folder, or simply search for my name 'Carmel Murphy' within your email system.
- 2Whitelist my emails so you get important updates about your Membership inside your Primary inbox (see instructions below).
- 3Login to The Promo Video Blueprint members area and watch the Welcome Video first!

Step by step instructions on how to Whitelist an email so you don't miss any important information from The Promo Video Blueprint... or Me!
Gmail Users
- 1Click and drag your login email to your "Primary" Inbox.
- 2Add my emails to your contacts so that Gmail knows I'm legit : carmel@thecommunicationqueen.com.au and admin@thecommunicationqueen.com.au
- 3Filter your messages to "Never Send it to Spam"
- Click the cog icon at the top right hand corner, click 'See all settings'
- Choose 'Filters and Blocked Addresses'
- Add the email addresses kevin@copychief.com and support@copychief.com into the “From” field.
- Click “Create Filter”
- When asked, select “Never send it to spam”.
Outlook Users
- 1Add these email addresses to your Outlook.com contacts:
carmel@thecommunicationqueen.com.au and admin@thecommunicationqueen.com.au - 2Add the address to your safe senders -
- Click the cog icon in the top-right corner and then More mail settings
- Select Safe and blocked senders and then Safe senders
- Add add the thecommunicationqueen.com.au domain to the list of Safe senders
- Return to Safe and blocked senders and then select Safe mailing lists
- Add the email addresses carmel@thecommunicationqueen.com.au and admin@thecommunicationqueen.com.au to the list of Safe mailing lists
- 3NOTE: If your purchase receipt, or login emails originally went to your junk folder, you can simply select the ‘Not junk’ option located at the upper menu of your display. Then select 'More Actions' option (three horizontal dots in the right corner) then select Add to Safe senders.
